Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
1 cup sun dried tomato
1 cup basil
1/2 cup parmesan
1/4 cup pine nuts or sub
3 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
150 grams pasta
300 grams shrimp peeled and deveined
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Cook your dried pasta according to packaging instructions.
Using the wireless food chopper, blend the sundried tomatoes, basil, parmesan, nuts, garlic, salt, and pepper until it forms a paste-like consistency.
In a pan, melt the butter and cook the shrimp.
Add the pasta in the pan and add a bit of the pasta water.
Turn off the heat and add the sun dried tomato pesto and mix until the pasta is fully coated with the pesto.
